Wahid Travels and Tours

By booking services through Wahid Travels and Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. General

• Wahid Travels and Tours acts as a facilitator between the customer and airlines, visa authorities and other service providers.
• All services are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.
• Prices are subject to change based on airline policies, currency fluctuations and visa fee updates.

2. Umrah Packages

• All Umrah packages are subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and vaccination requirements.
• Package prices may vary depending on accommodation availability, travel dates and airline surcharges.
• Any changes or cancellations may result in additional charges as per hotel, transport and airline policies.

3. Visa Services

• Wahid Travels and Tours assists in the visa application process but does not guarantee visa approval.
• All visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
• Incomplete or false documentation may lead to delays or rejection of the visa.
• Processing times for visas vary depending on the embassy/consulate and are not guaranteed.

4. Airline Tickets

• Airfares are subject to change until the ticket is issued.
• Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the airline.
• Date changes, cancellations, or refunds are subject to the airline’s terms and applicable charges.
• Wahid Travels and Tours is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash and authorized credit/debit cards.
• Booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed based on the terms of airlines, hotels and service providers.
• Wahid Travels and Tours reserves the right to deduct service charges and applicable fees from any refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Wahid Travels and Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
• Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for added protection.
• We are not responsible for any changes in travel regulations, health requirements, or political conditions affecting travel.
